I've been given a second chance to change not only my life but yours too.
I'm a successful professional woman, honored to be married to a wonderful man, humbled to be the mother of two incredible living daughters and one angel baby in heaven. I'm also a daughter, sister, friend, consultant, and health coach passionate to serve humanity and leave a positive legacy of service, love and fulfillment.
Through personal experience I have come to understand that emotions have a bigger impact in our health than the food we consume. Healthy living means being honest, vulnerable, and unapologetic about your life. It means being brave enough acknowledge what hasn’t been working for you and take the necessary steps to help you grow into the person you were meant to be.
My goal is to improve your overall wellbeing and help you obtain the life you’ve dreamed of having. I have the passion, skills, knowledge and personal experience to successfully lead you through a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
